スバルという主人公を描くにあたり、一番意識されている点について教えていただけますか？
A: スバルは『異世界転生・転移』ものの主人公でありながら、特別な戦闘能力や無双できるチート能力を持っていません。彼が持っているのは『死に戻り』という過酷な能力だけです。だからこそ、困難に直面したときに泥臭く足掻き、悩み、それでも前に進む一人の人間としての弱さと強さをリアルに描くことを常に意識しています。
ENGLISH TRANSLATION
When depicting Subaru as a protagonist, could you tell us what point you are most conscious of?
A: While Subaru is the protagonist of an isekai / other-world transfer story, he does not possess exceptional combat ability or an invincible cheat skill. The only power he possesses is the harrowing ability known as 'Return by Death'. Because of that, when confronted with hardship, I am constantly conscious of realistically depicting his human weakness and strength—struggling ungracefully in the mud, wrestling with agony, and yet still striving to step forward.
