This episode's subtitle is "Gorgeous Tiger." This is an episode where I want you to keep an eye on Garfiel, who's been nowhere to be seen since day one!
It's staaartiiiing!
He comes in with an "Hey, so..." and completely derails the start of the conversation--!!
Oh, so he's someone you can reason with if you just talk to him. Whew.
Whew, no matter how many times I watch it, the OP is so damn cool! I've probably seen it like 500 times!
Otto, before everything started happening, brought a gift with him for the people he was visiting. I picture Solier as something like cream puffs or maritozzi. Baumbehm would be baumkuchen, I guess.
Archbishop of Sin VS Archbishop of Sin, a battle of twisted logic...! As I'm sure you can tell, the Archbishops of Sin do not get along at all.
Regulus-san looks totally at ease, but he really is one of the strongest in the series. All the Archbishops of Sin's Authorities are specialized for catching people off guard, but Regulus-san is strong even if it's not your first time seeing him. By the way, the reason the author calls him Regulus-san is because I don't want people thinking I'm on friendly terms with Regulus-san.
After EMM activates, Sirius sees Invisible Providence, and this is her reaction after sensing Petelgeuse's lingering remnants inside Subaru.
Should I say Regulus-san is properly strong, or that Subaru is just properly weak? The Archbishops of Sin who don't get along head off in completely different directions...!
The part where Regulus-san flat-out says, "It's the face," is a personal favorite of mine because it really shows just how awful Regulus-san is. Please look forward to more moments where Regulus-san says things that make you want to cover your face!
Back from the commercial break, it's Garfiel & Mimi's side. Last night, at the place where they delivered the little girl, the woman Garfiel ran into had the same face as the one burned into his distant memories.
Tiger, tiger, burning bright. In the forests of the night, What immortal hand or eye, Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
Liaa-ra-san's husband is Galek Thompson. He's a civil servant who works at Pristella's city hall, and as you can see, he's a serious and sincere man.
All sorts of feelings are passing through Garfiel's heart, but considering Galek's wishes and Liaa-ra-san's current position, he forces all of them down. And Mimi, properly accepting the gift in Garfiel's place here, is a really good woman.
Since Season 1, I've been writing Mimi as an incredibly strong and clever girl. Also, in Re:Zero, no matter what route things might take, there probably isn't a single route where Mimi would let Subaru die. She's a character the author can vouch for with absolute confidence.
Sirius, Regulus, Batenkaitos, and now Capella, the fourth Archbishop of Sin appears--!!
Lusbel with the fine play!
Th-the staff roll...!? Way too early! And we're already not getting an ED!!
Geographically, Pristella has "control towers" governing the flow of water to the east, west, south, and north of the circular city, and the "city hall" with the broadcasting equipment sits in the center of the city. At this point, all of those key facilities have fallen into the Witch Cult's hands.
He can't tell Liaa-ra-san about his connection to her, but for the sake of the woman who is both the reason he shut himself away in the "Sanctuary" and the reason he came back out, Garfiel steels himself--and that's where the subtitle hits! This week flew by too! Episode 3 is over! To be continued next time!
