Episode 15 ended in quite a shocking way, and then came Episode 16. By the way, for this week's preview, I once again asked my friend, fellow author Yuu Aitou-sensei, to do it. When I asked him, he latched onto Anastasia faster than anyone else, and if you know even a little about him, that needs no explanation.

Including me, we've already had Web previews by four different writers now (five if you count the first cour), and looking back, it's interesting how each author's style shows through. Now then, let's see who can top the shock of "Ram, Rem, Rom". Please look forward to what's next.

From the moment Emilia decided to run, it was expected that the Witch Cult would become active. So ever since they were at the mansion, Rem had been on pretty high alert in preparation for the royal selection. And then this Witch-scented tracksuit comes shambling along.

"From here, Felt-sama and I will be leaving the royal capital. We'll return to the main house, where Felt-sama is to learn what she needs to. If anything changes, if Subaru changes his mind, I want you to contact us. We'll be waiting at the main house."

It may look like Al-san has a habit of scratching or rubbing his head over his iron helmet, but in reality he just has a habit of touching the joints in the helmet's metal fittings and making them rattle. It just looks like he's scratching.

Mimi looks very small, but she's 15. She's a catperson demi-human, so the image is that she won't get much bigger than that. Demi-humans are a roughly half-and-half mix of beast and human traits, while beastfolk are almost entirely beast-like.

The ending image is Emilia returning to the mansion after parting ways with Subaru. The time she spends at the mansion, and what's flowing behind her is... maybe the memories of that one month after the mabeast incident, the time when she was simply able to spend her days happily.
