It had already started.

> I don't know who told you that, but It was you!!
It's the opening! Actually, this is my first time seeing it too!
You guys are here!? lol
It was doing RE at the beginning and the end. Gave me goosebumps.
That was a type of opening you don't see very often!
Spot on♪
Episode 2 starts now
Third reunion
Now then, please take a look at the anime's official page introduction for the trio here.
The author forgot the corn potage today.
"Big bro, where's the ringa?" About that line, they do properly record it every single time, okay!
Return by Death
The shopkeeper making a troubled face because they took over the back of his store
This is usually the kind of reaction he gets. The fruit stand owner is actually unexpectedly good-natured about putting up with them.
That huge cat cutting in every single time really catches my attention lol
It's not like I crushed it because I hate tomatoes, okay?
And we're back to the fruit stand.
By the way, the fruit products were properly supervised too, and they were given names as well. Linga-style, for example.
The penniless good guy theory
Elsa avoidance route
Fourth reunion
Totally off-base naming!
This was Kobayashi-san's all-out performance as Subaru, and we did it about 10 times lolol
Just the tiiiniest little bit
That's far enough.
Kyaa! The protagonist is here!!
For the record, after this, they and Reinhard...
Kind
Hm?
Reinhard-san in his off-duty style (not his uniform)
Did you just say you'd help with anything right now?
"What the hell is this guy talking about..."
To explain things from Reinhard-san's side, this person basically has no private life even when he's off duty, so he's usually dressed like this and voluntarily patrols the town.
Noto-san is so cute, Noto-san
That said, Elsa is completely an FOE.
A protagonist who just can't help provoking people
Part A is over!
Do you like ladies who quietly reach over and touch your stomach?
Part B begins!
What a shabby hideout
Raw garbage... just what had you been leaving sitting around, girl...?
Felt-san is unusually hot-blooded, but she's on edge because for the past several hours she's been continuously pursued by a silver-haired girl.
Subaru in the blankie
The Jackie-style action is really something to watch, isn't it?
Still, seeing it in the anime, Felt's outfit is really pretty daring.
This is backstory too, but Felt's clothes are things Rom-jii made from whatever fabric he had on hand, so this is Rom-jii's taste. Old man...
Hang in there and live strong!
And here we unlock Heroine B's CG, huh.
Headpat attempt failed
"What the hell is this guy talking about..."
Let's go grab a drink!
I figure that even in the first world, Felt-chan approached Elsa-san with this kind of mindset.
Felt is cute from any angle.
Felt is cute even when she's mad.
Countdown.
That was fast!!
Seriously, episode 2 ended so fast. It's over already!?
But it's okay, there's still half left... wait, that was last week?
The ending is really cool this time, with that piano going chan-chan-chan-chan (lack of vocabulary).
She's definitely not wearing anything...
Why are you using that as the sponsor card!! I get it, though!!
Anyway, thanks for watching Re:Zero episode 2 as well! At 30 minutes it ends insanely fast, but that just means the author is enjoying it that much!
By the way, about the next-episode preview: it won't be attached to the main TV broadcast, and will instead be released on the web. Because the staff brilliantly went all in with, "If we cut the preview, that's 15 more seconds we can use for the main episode!" Seriously, 15 seconds matters, it really matters. So enjoy the main episode!
The same goes for the first episode being an hour long, but things like these time-related considerations are made possible by the tremendous generosity of the staff. Normally, a one-hour anime means double the work, so it's beyond merely difficult. But with this anime, the staff were the ones saying, “We have to do it.” That was how it came together.
We've been blessed in so many ways that I can confidently say this has become a highly satisfying anime, so everyone, please stay with us all the way to the end. Next time, look forward to episode 3: "Elsa-san Gets Serious."
Still, that was 30 minutes early...
